I am new to TGM. After viewing video of the gallery, i finally knew that why i can play +1 for 9 holes but few double pars for another 9 holes...Packing up the game for 3 years, i am crazy about the game and got all golf channel video and other "famous" DVDs in the market. My game came to a better stage after reading the book of Jim Hardy. However, still can't understand the golf swing.....until coming to this site.
I would like to ask a question here. Shall i sole the club at address and which part of the club face shall aim to the ball? I saw some Mark Evershed on the golf channel addressing the ball near to the toe of the club.

TGM made me smile!
Welcome Leon!
TGM recommends that the ball be addressed more towards the toe. The club needs to strike the ball before it hits the ground, and the club is hitting down through impact. So if you sole the club behind the ball it is lower than where it needs to be at impact (slightly above the ground). Try this, hover the club behind the ball slightly above the ground (where it needs to be coming into the ball) and then let the clubhead drop to the ground from the wrists. The ball will be aligned towards the toe.
