Hello!
Sorry for my explanation. But I did it the opposite way as in Swing like a pro described.

Swing like a pro: I know what you are refering to by transition which is touted by Swing Like a Pro and wants a golfer to keep the shoulders turning back while the lower body begins to unwind back toward the target (to get extra wind and torque).

Nevertheless I did it this way:

But the “bad” other thing: When I shift to the left, my stomach turns away from the ball, so my hip turn in the backswing gets bigger and the x-factor gets smaller.

So which way is correct? What does the TGM say about it?
What does the TGM say about the turning of the hips in the downswing?
I am looking forward to new replies!
I could not image to improve my Clubheadspeed significantly with improving my lag. It is almost very good, only I get smaller in the downswing in order to sustain the lag.
