If this picture was actually taken at impact fix would this be an accurate way to identify the aiming point? Also, assuming that one is tracing the true plane line is the aiming point always on the plane line/target line? Help me out here! Thanks!

That's a fair representation of aiming point, although I would consider it very slightly more foreward than the line draw in this picture.
Aiming point will be on your plane line, which may not be the same as the target line depending on your pattern and/or desired ball flight.
The impact fix right forearm extension is a good guide (viewers perspective), although the visual impact fix hand location can be used due to the 'illusions' of looking at the plane from above (golfers perspective).
