OK Now I'm PI$$ED . . .
My freakin' 7th just came a part in my hands. What the heck! I have sent those dingleberries over there 3 freakin' e-mails and the silence . . . The Silence . . . THE SILENCE!!!!
Mikey . . . I may need you for some "contract" work.
Them dudes shoulda spent a little more $ on the book and a little less on the site and spray-painting them dowels yaller.
At least would like to be acknowledged . . . "So what your book fell apart . . . you inbred mongoloidian freak . . . buy another book and get your cousin/sister/girlfriend to read it to you. Have a pleasant day. Regards The Machine."

I hear ya!
Haven't had a problem with mine yet- but every time I open it I'm thinking "Is it going to happen to me also!" But as you say it's not the book but the lack of any customer service that is most frustrating- boy I hate that! - Sorry to hear you're having a problem!
P.S. I told you to cut down on that steroid use! Do you listen to anyone!!
Now, come on- open the trunk! Please! There is barely any fresh air left.

I have done this. Dont know how to put up picture of it.
It costed me 100 Swedish Kronor which would be around $ 14.

I can hear the binding crack every time I open it.
Chapters 2-9 came out a while ago, and I can see the cheap dry glue is starting to disconnect from the rest of the book like a bent left wrist at impact.
On top of that, this is my only copy. I do not have any previous editions. At least the information is still there.

Mine, fell apart the first week.
I got a response back right away tho, they suggested to send it back to them and they would replace. I just haven't done it yet.

That might be a good metaphor for the revised and updated material in the 7th edition.
