Played it from the back tees in 99 prior to lengthing. We had a group and we decided to play the blue markers instead of the black. We got out to the course and the blue markers were on the back boxes every hole, it was awesome. Some of my higher handicap members were not as impressed!!!!

I have. Except from the few tees they've extended since 2004. Played it as a par 72. Did not find it difficult to reach the greens, but really hard to keep the ball on them. I hit only 3 greens. Some holes post severe shortgame challenges. On one hole I ran the chip across the green twice before managing to stop it "up there".

Slope was 9 when I played, i.e. rather "mild". If they gear up to 12 I'd say some holes are close to unplayable.

By my standards...

Great experience though.
