Cannot access videos
My computer won't play the videos in the Gallery. Have not had this problem in the past. I remain logged in (the "remember me" function is active). I have Firefox for a browser, but have not updated it.
Any suggestions? I tried to save one to a file and it didn't work.

I'm not sure how well Microsoft media files and Firefox get along, so that would be my first guess. Have you tried downloading them and then trying to view them?

Tried several old and new ones.
I have been using Firefox for about two years with no problem in the past at this site. I also have windows media and quicktime installed and use them without problems. I don't know what to say.
I also tried to download without success.

I'm with ef
I can't play them either. Tried watching a Ben Doyle video and got a screen full of code or some other gobbledygook. Never had a problem before. Also use firefox.
On the bright side, everything is loading faster.

The "gobbledygook" is what the movie looks like when you open it in a program like notepad (or in this case firefix) that doesn't know how to display it properly. Seems like we had this problem once before...I'll see what I can find.

I think I found the problem. It appears it was a server setting. Please try the other videos again. Thanks for reporting this.
