Open or not
Jerry,

Are you hitting or swinging? The hitter tends to carry the club back and keeps the clubface "looking at the ball". The swinger will use a start-up swivel which tends to put the clubface "on the angled plane" during start-up.

That's the great thing about TGM.... "it depends" on what your pattern and preference is. There is no "this is the way it is". So much more precise and with so much more "here's why"!

I am a swinger I think!! So is this a conscious move to turn the clubface at start up?

Check out Tommy T
The Tomasello vids demonstrate a swinging procedure with start-up swivel etc. I think he first does it in Vid # 2. I used to be a swinger who started with impact hands and a hitters carry-back! TGM provided the know-how to make the change with confidence! Are there other vids that demo the start-up swivel, anyone?
