Here's my wing hook-up . . .

Wings
Plastic bag over night in soy sauce.

BBQ sauce:
1/2 cup Soy
2 cloves minced garlic
hot sauce (your flava)
lil' oil
pepper
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
juice of lime
2 tbsp brown sugar

pour that over 'em after you grill 'em.
