Work on some feet together swings to learn to get those arms swinging a bit better and help you learn to have a steady head. Check out the Tomesello letter series #2 as well. Most importantly, focus on the hands. Swing the hands and let the body respond. You've got pivot controled hands in this clip.

A great image that should help you in this case is to imagine you swing your hands past your chin before the body responds. You need to feel 'back to the target' sensation and let the hands motion pull you through 'under' the left shoulder.
