I was inside the ropes at the Scandinavian Masters yesterday and two guys were measuring a spanish player with a launch monitor and a 3-d analys program, and the told the player that he has to hit up more and decrease his drivers loft. I could´t believe what I heard, Isn´t this totally wrong?

I was watching play today and those guys should go and see Gibber (?, may have been Tony) Finau for advice.
He drove 386yds into the water, took a drop and then got up and down for par. This game is just too easy.
Those guys stroke the ball ever so gently and they don't do it by hitting up.
There should be a law against hitting it such distances, at such a tender age especially, irrespective of where the water was.
You're right. It's like Tiger said; once some of these young athletes start to chose golf over football, basketball, etc., you're going to see some crazy yardages on the golf course.
