Could be a flexibility issue?

Focus on the 'triangle' of your feet and head (steady, centered, head) and on getting the right hip, and right shoulder, directly 'back'.

Right hip back, right forearm up.

You may also want to check your left hand grip/grip pressure. The hands are 'clamps', and the last three fingers of the left hand should have a firm hold.
....In part it is a flexibility issue, I am "gumby", very flexable, and need to tame it. Extensor shouuld help.

Part of my question is how best to incorporate some of the many drills provided in the AG video, I mean, just one (for extensor for example) and work on that for a while before moving to the next, or is it effective to incorporate 2 or 3 drills that address 2 or 3 seperate (and maybe related) issues.

Thanks.
