Thats good advice for golfers with a 10-2-A V/V/T or 10-2-B V/V/A but his own left hand appears Turned to my eye, cant tell whether the right one is or not.

Meaning he'd personally need to come into impact with that left Hand Turned as opposed to Vertical, would he not? Maybe he is offering "general advice" given Homers recommendation for a 10-2-B?

I'm watching his video as we speak and I'm thinking that it's a lot more interesting to watch Yoda demonstrating the 24 components. I must have seen him demonstrate just about every one of them and their variations. Too bad it isn't all caught on tape.
Why would you want your standard chipping procedure to be Float Loading? . . . . I mean probably not a bad way to learn . . . but your standard procedure?

EDIT: My bad . . . . I see it's pitching that you Float Load . . . . already confused.

When in the video does he tell you to point the face at the ground?

Well, it is a Downward Angle of Attack. But, I think it's more of that Left Coast Witchdoctor Stuff being taught in Kalifornia now-a-days.

This was a really interesting thread Daryl,

The:

Drag loading on full strokes
Float loading on pitches
Drive loading on chips

Certainly strikes a chord here. I see it as the way of regulating Accumulator #4 lag and lag pressure.

Where can I purchase the video?

Ben Doyle keeps a Web Site. You can purchase the DVD there. Tell him LBG.com sent you.
  1. He may call you
  2. If he calls, then he will ask you a tough question
  3. You will fail to answer correctly

Wow! That was a stiff price for a DVD. But I told myself that it was worth more than 5 Hollywood movies, closed my eyes and pressed the "confirm" button

I think it is an awesome dvd, worth every penny. You won't be disappointed. He demonstrates pure shot after pure shot, all while talking, describing everything he is doing without missing a beat. A very unique individual for sure! I had two lessons with him in March of 09. Just watched the tape again the other day and picked up some key wisdom that really opened some things up for me...
