Not RFT anymore?

whip 01-18-2015 03:37 PM

when i say straight back im talking about my spine being straight, i didnt say i waasnt using rft, im just focusing on using a rotated shoulder turn instead of a flat shoulder turn like i used, turning steeper with the shoulders

i moved my right hand more on top of the grip to a weaker position before i had it too far under this makes my right arm more passive i now have full snap release ill put up video tomorrow

Hogan did the same, late in career.

This sounds very impressive. Where do you see yourself in 2 years and 5 years from now?
