Setup & Putter Length for Right Arm Stroke

What's the best Setup and Putter Length/Lie if I change to a Right Arm Stroke? Peter Croker had recommended that I try this stroke 10 years ago, but only if I change from a 34" to a putter in the 36-17" length putter.

I've struggled so much much with building a good shoulder/arc stroke over the past year that it's either going to be a Right Arm Stroke or back to the Belly Putter. I'm tired of 34-35 putts a round. I'm a 2 handicap and these poor putting rounds make each round feel like a disappointment, no matter how well I'm striking the ball!
