Video from first winter practice session

Greetings from Michigan! First time hitting balls since October so go easy on me :)

Things I like:
1) Setup - clean lines, standing tall, everything parallel to the target line
2) FLW - Tough to tell from this video but very flat at the top
3) Takeaway - considerably less inside than in the past, more up than around
4) Plane - Just above TSP in the end position and slightly below on the way down. TSP is my preferred plane

Things I don't like:
1) End position - I take it waaaay too far "past parallel". Fairly easy to diagnose/fix, but nonetheless.....
2) Upper/Lower body - I look really, really disconnected. My weight is going left too fast, hips fly open, upper torso is back and it's an all arms swat. I'm not as stuck as I used to be but it's poor in my opinion. Takin it back to far is probably causing some of this.
3) Release - So freakin' poor! I'm not nearly as "up the wall" as last year but I'm still not finishing around my left shoulder and swinging "across my left leg." The club starts to travel around my body and then is re-routed more up the wall again. Not completely sure on this one.........I feel like a little more axis tilt and some better upper/lower body action would prevent some of this and eliminate that soft looking front leg at impact.
