#1 and #3 PP

At what point should the pressure be applied to #1 and #3 - Does it start at address and is it maintained throughout the swing?

As I am trying to really focus on #3 I feel my left arm pushing very hard against #3 to feel the pressure. Is this correct?

Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

I'm not certain my "feels" are correct, but I tend to consciously apply #1 from address and try to keep it applied to the finish. Losing the #1 pressure point is when I tend to break down my alignments from impact to follow through.

#3 is a pressure I feel mostly starting at top through the down stroke. It's not really a pressure you consciously apply, rather you feel it when you have a good solid structure on the down stroke. If you have ANY throwaway, you lose the sensation of #3. I enjoy using the Pure Ball Striker to monitor #3.
