Dowels question?

Hi I am fairly new around here. I have been reading a lot of the posts and watching some of the videos (Tom Tomasello) and it seems to be the way forward. I struggle with clubhead throwaway and know that this needs to be fixed for me to improve. My main question is that I have head alot about some practice drills with dowels and would like someone to please explain what these are and how they are performed.

Thanks in advance.

Awesome information, well described indeed. Thanks for putting that together.

An outstanding definition for Educated Hands - ""that requires a highly developed kinesthetic sense of Wrist Alignments"

To that I would also suggest "feeling that your forearms and wrists are lightly wrapped in an ace bandage"

see the drills section regarding 90 degree support of the power package (the flying wedges)

left hand karate chop to plane (flat left wrist)
right hand slap with the heel of the right hand (bent right wrist)

Thanks - it is a pleasure to be a part of the fun =D>

downplane.....click..... sizzle......

I like this Tomasello quote:

"if you're used to doing a lot of somethings, learning to do nothing can be the toughest thing in the world."

The entire club must Swing = Rhythm

a swinger's motion can be felt in the feet and hands

"The feel is in the hands, and the feet" - Toski
