Going from swinging to hitting
 

I am a swinger in a hitters body and am considering switching to a hitting motion. I know I have some reading to do, can anyone give me some quick guidelines and reading tips? [-o<

Even if you want to HIT, keep using your pivot and don't be afraid to free up your motion in BOTH directions (back and through).
Hitters generally use their right triceps actively while Swingers "use" their left arm more.
The Imperatives are the same whether you Hit or Swing.
