#3 Accumulator

In discussing the raising of the hands to steepen the address shaft plane different respondents have added a comment that the #3 accumulator will zero out. Does this support the "never out of line" stipulation in 6-B-3-0 or What is the significance of this condition ?

The significance is whether you use #3 for more uncocking potential("superuncocking") or for more throwout action. There are tour players who actually return their hands to their low classic address position, rather than higher. Off the top of my head, I've seen Chris Riley do this. Anyone who uses 10-6-D-B - the Vertical Left Arm Swing Plane does this.
