Arched Left Wrist

I was playing Golf today (with Jim0068). I found (with Jim's help) that slightly arching the left wrist through impact became a good guard against bending the left wrist. Has anyone also found that this helps? I'm not saying that it was arched at impact, just that if it leaned toward Bent or Arched, it would lean toward Arched.

Daryl . . . Henny Bogan, Lee Buck, and J. Miller just called . . . they want their Arched Left Wrist back.

I try to arch er with (most) short iron shots. Unless I wanna hit it really high....well, I would doubt it would be Arched then anyway.

Hey...what about me......!

What about the Stallion?

It ok provided you compensate for its push shot tendency - a little bit can be useful...

I really agree with that Matt(hew).....if you can always count on it to go no lefter than straight....very good thing.

No push or pull. Straight. Hmm? When it feels flat it's most likely bent a little. Who'd of thought? :eyes: So, Now I have a new feel. Just 10 more years and I think I'll have the whole swing down.

Add Stallion and Eldrick (sometimes) to the list.

Be aware of this at impact fix or you will 'raise your low point' by arching the wrist after the fact - or have to have a caddy dip to get down to the ball
