Visual Memory... this is not good.

I was watching the Bootcamp for latin dances when one of the dance instructor mention something really important.

"This guy is developing a Visual memory instead of muscle memory which is not good" Say Mr Christian, thus it stuck me hard.. Thats what had been happening to me !.."

No wonder what i do , i keep wanting to look at the club when i go back and sometimes totally lost trust in my swing ! And i had been trying to move things according to how i want it to look. No wonder golf is so hard for me :p...

Now Question is ... HOW DO I TRAIN MY MUSCLE MEMORY , and When to LOOK LOOK LOOK :read: . when to feel feel feel :confused1 :confused1 ... Someone explain please.

Reprograming my computer ... Major Reformating

To train your 'muscle memory' (muscles don't have memory, it's actually training your brain to fire muscles in the correct timing and order), you have to practice, repetition. Practice makes permanent. Practice only makes perfect when the task you are repeating is perfect, so practice the correct actions, a lot.
