Im new to this site im 15 years old.

Whats the difference between hitting and swinging?

The difference is in the application of power to the clubhead through the shaft.

Swingers pull to whirl the head via CF and ...
Hitters push the shaft straight line blast the head.

Train the pivot with Educated Hands.

Hitting: bending/stressing the shaft.
Swinging: pulling the club.
