what is the magic of the right forearm?
what is the magic of the right forearm?

the way to better impact
It is how the bending and straightening of the right elbow raises and lowers the left arm and at the same time cocks or uncocks the left flat wrist without disturbing the bend flat right wrist. The right elbow action of folding on the up stroke and straighten on the downstroke allows the right forearm to still On Plane - an incline plane with three dimensions and a circle. A great place to be.
I'm sure a better answer awaits you.:dontknow: |

See the Magic
The other cool part about the On Plane Right Forearm at Impact Fix is that you can approximate the Angle of Approach per 2-J-3 . . . Imagine a line on the ground PARALLEL to your On Plane Right Forearm through the Ball . . . this approximates the Cross-Line (out to right field) Angle of Approach.
