Biomechanics

BIO-MECHANICS... COULD BE A SECTION UNTO ITSELF.

How about a biomechanical explanation of "CLEAR THE RIGHT HIP," BACKSWING and DOWNSWING VERSION? What exactly is going on here?

After that... explain HIP ACTION, and HIP TURN, and how their identities are different from "CLEAR THE RIGHT HIP."

Why don't we first define these 3 from a Machine perspective as step 1. Then somebody qualfied could rock the Biomechanics.

A question I have . . . what muskels are responsible for moving the hips? Them ones in your thighs?

Mechanically, I see it this way in a hands controlled pivot...

Multiple centered hip pivot

forward press = right hip as center

takeaway/backswing = base of the spine as center

downswing/impact = right hip as center

follow through/finish = left hip as center

The hip action is controlled through the hands and lag.

imo

And these two 'Right Hip Clearances' have their Address Component parallels in the Standard (10-9-A) and Impact (10-9-B) Variations. I can write umpteen hundred words (that probably still will not get the job done), or I can do a video.

Let's do the video! :)

I've got one in mind that is unprecedented in the history of Golf Instruction. Gimme a week or two, and the LBG Team will put it on your desktop.

Stay tuned.
