vertical forearm

I have had some severe hooks left. My swing thought it to put my watch on my right forearm, face upwards, and try to keep it upwards to followthrough. Mr natural move is to roll the forearm over so I can't see it even at impact. I also try to feel my right arm and shoulder working under my left. Looking at Yoda's arms in his logo, from his eyeline, he could seea watch placed on the underbelly of his right forearm. Any help appreciated.... ::

I've had tremendous succes hitting the inside aft of the ball with the base of the lifeline in my wright hand (with a bend right wrist). Also I'm trying not to make any turning/rolling of the forearms.

I always thougt I was a swinger, now I'm not so sure anymore.

Yes, doesn't it
Basic - but the thing about the base of the lifeline (pp#1) is just the mental image that made hitting "click" for me.

what type of grip do you have, i had the same problem i have a strong single action grip which most would deem nuetral, once in awhile though i would flatten my wrist at the top which is not compatible and would hit a big hook, pretty much hogans problem as well except he fixed his grip and made it weaker so it was compatible with the flat left wrist at the top, i left my grip alone and just make sure that it is slightly cupped at the top which is compatible.
