left wrist into impact

My TGM book has landed today.
I am practising d/swing and into impact today,mixed results,hit a couple of long and straight drives,best I,ve hit for a while,question is...

As I got to impact,I felt that whilst I kept frozen r/wrist ,I found that I was assisting via deliberatly uncocking L/wrist also,is this practice allowable for hitters pattern,or should the R/wrist be doing the uncocking of the L/wrist.
Thanks in advance...

The muscular drive-out of the right arm (6-B-1-0) which straightens the right arm and unbends the right elbow is responsible for uncocking the left wrist. See 7-3, The Magic of the Right Forearm. The right wirst remains in its bent and level condition. Being "frozen" it never changes.

Also, see 4-D-0 for the Hitters Simultaneous Release of #2 and #3 Accumulators.
