The Tomasallo components...
Now is probably a great time for a look at the components of his renowned teachings. Would you be kind enough to help if you get some spare time Delaware? If you don't have the time i'll have a go myself in a couple of days :)

Thanks Dave, i also look forward to your educated corrections. I think we need a list so the many people learning out of the book can fortify their understandings from the tape.
1. 10-1-A would be taught by him from scratch i feel. 2. 10-2-B (Possibly stronger?) 3. 10-3-B (Or is his elbow back of in-front?) 4. 10-4-C (The right arm replaces the left?) 5. 10-5-A 6. 10-6-B (I think) 7. 10-7-A 8. 10-8-A 9. 10-9-A 10. 10-10-D 11. 10-11-C 12. 10-12-A 13. 10-13-A 14. 10-14-A 15. 10-15-A (Hips lead back?) 16. 10-16-C 17. 10-17-B 18. 10-18-A 19. 10-19-C (This one is tough) 20. 10-20-E (It might border?) 21. 10-21-C 22. 10-22-A (More A than B?) 23. 10-23-C 24. 10-24-D ok Dave follow up at will :) |
Thanks Dave, considering my inexperience i'm quite happy with my effort actually. The components are now there for all to see and study if they try Tom's methods.
