Counter Fall?

I just watched David Lee's Gravity Golf videos.
The concept seems right as I'm always falling into the ball, even when I've made great contact. Lee has some strange drills, but are there any LBG drills to improve balance through the shot as well as hip slide?
Thanks in advance.

I've heard of his method, Scottgas, but I've never met him or seen his videos. I just visited his website and read the testimonials. From the title, it would seem his theory depends upon -- and emphasizes -- gravity. Well, as a 'fundamental', who could argue with that? In its specificity, it goes 'Natural' Golf one better. :rolleyes:

Personally, I think all systems accept gravity as a 'given'. Only then, according to Principle or Procedure or both, they diverge. Obviously, I need to know more about the substance behind the encapsulating name. Can anybody help?

:)

P.S. Regarding your quest to improve Balance through the Shot, I encourage students to learn:
(1) A Balanced Adjusted Address (Station One / 12-3 - Section 3 / Five alignments);

(2) A Balanced Top (Station Two / 12-3 - Section 6 / Seven alignments); and

(3) A Balanced Finish (Station Three / 12-3 - Section 12 / Five alignments).
:salut:

Lee's concepts are basically float loading to the extreme, and fully trusting in CF as a swinger's pattern.

For balance drills - swing a heavy club back and through with your eyes closed. When hitting shots, hold your finish until the ball stops.
