Need some clarification....Do range pole-ies count?

I have a decent range near my house that has an artificial turf surface with 2 of my favorite distances marked @ 90 yards and 110 yards. Also there is always a "water" collection area after rain that is about 5 yards wide at about 115-120 yards.

Do any of these count as pole-ies?

If so i'm going to have to update my count for the year :wink:
