flat left wrist-good Lord, son.....

I practiced this weekend with the sole goal of not breaking down my flat left wrist through impact, and not going left (tac-tic intact). At first, I hit severe pull hooks, but after neutralizing my grip, it seemed that the harder I rolled or spun my left arm, the lower and straighter my ball would go.

Golf is about the flat left wrist with just a few minor adjustments.

I told ya that the tac-tic is one of the best training aids in golf ;)

Also as long as you are hitting the inside back corner of the ball you shouldn't have too many problems with pulls or pull hooks.
