I kinda went through this but so far this is what I learn, why switting can be dangerous.

The right elbow being active have few types of Hurdles.


The low points will move. ( right arm swing) fats and skulls .
Over acceleration. ( Right arm thrust too much to give up Rhythm), and casting.
The elbow directs the thrust , steering. Confusing circular vs angled thrust.


Few things that I think had help me

Use PP4, ie the PIVOT to straighten the right elbow. Therefore the pivot movements alignments, and sequencing is very important.
PULL the left thumb.. instead of push down ( lightly) for extensor action. This will set the flying wedge correctly.
Give up control to gain control , this is a very important feel. Let it start from ground up.Let the arm fly out of the sockets and"throw the ball at the target."
