I must have been in a fog---just found this post tonight. I hope I'm not violating any copyright laws by making copies of this to give to some of my patients. I have a bunch of folks, including my own 53y/o aging body, who need this. I keep forgetting how tight my hamstrings are until I do that stretching exercise with the towel. If you hear a loud "SNAP" followed by a scream you will know it was me! Dr Dave
