Lagster,

We started by beating the s$!t out of impact bags with the flying wedges...used aiming point concept...then built it Stage 1, then Stage 2...This stroke was a Stage 2...His Stage 3 is 95% there...give me another 6 - 12 weeks...then we'll post the entire sequence...before and after!!!
