Chapter 10 problem

Problem
Bagger, is there a better way to watch these files on TV other than burn a dvd?

New Chapter 10
Bagger. When I click on any of the videos, all I get is Jibberish. It looks like a whole page of code???

Rick, we'll have to investigate your problem further. Are you using Internet Explorer? That type of error indicates that the browser doesn't know it's supposed to download and play the video, so it just opens it in the browser.

Problem
I use three browsers. I usually use Netscape for your site. So I tried MS Explorer and it was ok. I tied firefox and it was the same as Netscape. I'm confused, but I was able to download the new chapter 10 with Explorer.

Rick,

Netscape and Firefox should work fine now. Let us know if you're still having problems!
