Very good idea. Are seniors more able to swing with CF or hit with MF?
Initial thought was swinging with CF as we are not as strong, but hitting requires less turn for those with a loss of flexibility.
Good topic for discussion.

I think Kelley nailed this, be it a senior, male or female, etc. It is the body that will ulimately define the best style. It is not that you can choose and learn do either one and be effective, but the limitations and the length of time to learn will depend upon your physical attributes assuming knowledge is equal. 1.D.
Of course I am also a fan of 'The LAWs of the Golf Swing' which I find to have a great deal of based on TGM.

Would you say any of the 3 choices in the laws books conforms to hitting? Would it be the width player?

Yes the width player model is the hitting pattern.
But the Leverage player can be either depending upon which variation are adopted in the pattern.
The book is difficult to read and really falls down when it tries to explain to a person how to adopt variations. It has some interesting insights regarding women golfers I thought.
