Thanks. I am considering getting one. I'll have to figure out something to use as a platform.

You can find a single plastic step stool at most hardware stores.

For a real challenge, try the BOSU Balance Trainer from www.fitnessquest.com. Click on BOSU in the task bar. They've been at the PGA Show the past couple of years. Trust me, you won't be moving your head around a lot with this baby!

Yoda,
As you might remember from the Links seminar last summer, swaying is probably my biggest swing fault. Will this product help?

That speed chain looks dangerous as heck. Isn't the Speed Stik a safer alternative?

Not if you do it right. Speed chain is great for loading, storing, and release.
Feel of lag, pivot, rotational componants, many more.
Speed stick has no clubhead feel, sweetspot feel, long....don't like it.

Homerson is correct. The speedchain does not differentiate betweeen contrasting teaching methods because it follows any movement your hands and arms make. Therefore, you are just making those golf specific muscles stronger and faster. It also is the only device I know of that meets the 4 specificty laws of training for speed. A hitter or swinger would benefit.
