I've been working on this very point this week (STT v. RFT) as relating to the lagging clubhead takeaway -- and came here to see if anyone had posted some more detailed info on it. And of course, Yoda had -- with a one year precognition period to boot!

The Right Forearm Pickup gives such a direct (and simple) path to the top -- it almost seems as if you are cheating, or leaving something out of the equation entirely. Which of course you are -- the extraneous movements of the Elbow Plane shift.

I like a Double Shift....that's me. Feels like I have to less work....feels more stable to me. That's me.
