Low point.. alignment...
I got a few question. Hope someone can explain
In a golf swing, we need to contact the ball before the low point with a flat left wrist. and the driver just the the lower point.
What are the options for setup ie. ball position, stance width, Hand position (uncocked), and if i may ask aiming points, for Drivers, Long,Mid,Short Irons and 1/2 swing wedges, Chip shots? What are the system available for a swinger?
Sorry if it sounds like a huge question . thanks a million guys

This is a very short reply to a big subject .
Ball position can vary depending on stanceline, shot shape, personal preference...
Basically ,you have to make impact prior to low point for a "normal" shot-with any club.Swingers will normally return to address after impact fix.
There is a whole catalogue of options to vary your proceedure and I can't begin to explain my whole knowledge of the book in this post.
You could almost have asked "explain the Golfing Machine".
Keep posting ,reading and watching video -you are in good hands on this site.

"In a golf swing, we need to contact the ball before the low point with a flat left wrist. and the driver just the the lower point."
Or, in terms of "physics", we ideally would do whatever to make the club contact the ball before the shaft kick forward for every shot.

YOU load and sustain the "LAG", during which the " LAW" releases it, ideally beyond impact.
"Sustain ( Yang/陽) the lag ( Yin/陰)" is "the unification of Ying and Yang" ( 陰陽合一).
The " LAW" creates the " effect", which is the "motion" or "feel", with the " cause", which is the "intent" or "command".
" Lag" is the secret of golf, passion is the secret of life.
Think as a golfer, execute like a robot.
Rotate, twist, spin, turn.
Bend the shaft.
