Welcome to the Nightmare!

Here's the deal- they are working at a feverish pace behind the scenes- making phone calls, lining up locations, times, etc.- really a huge undertaking. At this time we do not - I repeat do NOT have a time or location identified! Why the delay? We'll it appears that the requests to attend are overwhelming and they've need to change venues three times to have the proper space and location to put this thing off appropriately- OK, OK - you're the only one so far but I was just trying to do a little up sell. If no one else shows up - it will be you teaching and talking to YOU.

I am not coming unless bucket and mike are there

Mike, do whatever it is you have to do, but you have to be there and bring your trunkful of stuff

I will come to any location you or bucket choose

Boy, this posting thing with smilies is fun

Seems like everytime I log in now I see something like "75 new posts" and I'm thinking "whoo hoo..... gonna scam some more good TGM info for free and get me on tour!". Course then I open up the "LBG Homecoming" thread, burn through 74 posts mostly dealing with the mutual man-crush that MikeO and Bucket have working and I'm left getting info on why I hit it even shorter than normal when it's cold out!

But I STILL love it here!!

Man do I hope I can make to the "event"!

Cometgolfer,
Let's add some value and motivation for attending the event. Bucket and I will be presenting and distributing our latest invention. It's funny this thread should touch directly on it- simply a coincidence. It must have been a few months ago that we heard Frank Thomas of the USGA state that the ball would fly 2.5 yards farther for every 10 degree increase in temperature. Now, here is the confusion- is that the temperature in the air or the temperature of the ball? Well, Bucket and I thought it was the temperature of the ball - and after sneeking in and gathering some nuclear material - YES, we have invented a ball warmer - NO this is not a joke! That warms your balls to an additional 500 degrees- for those not so sharp in math- that's an unbelievable 125 yard increase in distance!! We promise you that this new invention will have you jumping out of your shoes! An unbelievable 125 additional yards - that's even more yardage than what the "Hammer" driver gives you. Normal retail sale price is $49.99 but if you attend the event- you will receive the "Bucket Nuclear Ball Warmer" for $19.95- and if you pre-order- we will throw in a "Bucket Nuclear Shaft Warmer" - free of charge!! If you have never been long - and want more length- PM Bucket for your Nuclear accessories now.

Cometgolfer- Since you helped create this post- We'll send one directly to you free of charge. We don't deliver to PO Boxes- so we will need your physical address of your home and due to the nature of the material - you'll need to be there - so let us know when you will be there to accept the package.

MikeO,

With your last post, this thread has gone where no LBG thread has gone before...

This is the longest thread in the forum.

We'd stop posting if you'd just confirm the date, place, time, and details!

No visit required Mike!! After reading your post and about y'alls new invention I thought "hmmm..... that makes perfect sense, but why wait? Heck, I play in 3 hours and need that extra length now!"

Soooooooooo, I have a nice new box of Pro-V1's in the microwave on "high" as I type! I can't WAIT to see the reaction on my playing partners faces when ................., just a second, I smell something, and what is that noise?????????

Uh-oh.

I'll be right back.
