At our recent LBG Homecoming Classic, Jeff Evans, LBG member and TGM Authorized Instructor, supplied his product for use by students. It is designed to produce an enhanced feel of the #3 Pressure Point (first joint of the right hand forefinger) through Release and Impact. At least one of our students found it helpful and has so posted in one of the threads. And, at least one found it troublesome, as is noted in the second post above.
We have imported the first two posts above from another thread where any discussion of the product is inappropriate.
Normally, we do not encourage discussion of products not specifically endorsed by LBG, but in this case, we are making an exception. Anyone who has used the product or has questions about it is invited to post. We also invite Jeff, the co-inventor, to respond as well.
I had the oppertunity to watch yoda hit some shots with the product, and was intersted in its application.
Is it essentially only for partial shots when using a swinging motion as when a player reaches top there must be a quarter turn of PP#3and the PBS does not seem like it can rotate to make the correct one quarter turn?

I Have Used The Pbs With All My Students At Different Points Of Talent. The Ones That Do Not Like The Pbs Cannot Keep A Constant Pressure To Follow Through. I Continue Until Those Fellows Understand The Constant Flow Of Force And Not A Thrash. I Also Use The Pbs In Conjuntion With The Sheriff To Both Feel Pressure And Aim In 3 Dimensions In Putting. The Object Of The Pbs Is To Magnify The Secret And That Is Not Easy.

Ben Doyle has for years ripped a chunk of grass from the turf, placed it between his student's right forefinger and club, and then demanded that it remain there throughout the stroke.
This is all about awareness.
Monitoring crucial pressure.
And making sure that, through impact, it is sustained.
Andy, its supposed to lift your knuckle away, thats how you begin to feel pp3 correctly.

I have found it useful when hitting my "warm-up" shots. It puts me in touch with Mr. lag pressure. I find it a little cumbersome on full strokes, but I have benefitted from it in that manner as well. Such a simple idea, huh?
I love the term simple idea. That is the beauty of the Pbs. Aiming the pressure. Those of you along with Jeff know that there are volumes of information behind the Pbs to prove it's worth.
