I like one Brad Faxon gave: putt with clubs other than your putter. He putts with his driver, 5 iron, wedge, etc. He says it helps him get away from mechanics and allows him concentrate on rolling the ball.

classic
"Putt around the clock" must be amongst the 5 best/top putting drills: place 8-10 balls in a circle around a hole. Sink the putts and if you miss go one back, continue till all balls are in the hole.
Advanced version: sink 8-10 in a row or start over
My winter/inside version of it is to putt (on my 9 feet putting carpet) 12 in a row or start over.

Different Ways
Pick a 3 to 4 foot putt with some break... and make it three different ways.
#1-- barely die it in the edge
#2-- add a little speed-- play a little less break
#3-- ram it in the back-- play little or no break
This will really help your touch!! You will also see how it is sometimes difficult to trust another person's read... because each putt depends so much on the SPEED the putt is struck.

I have heard Brad mention one of my favorites... Putt like shooting a basketball. See it. React.
On another note, Sergio looks to me like he needs to work on his shoulders powering the motion. He has too much movement in his hands, his wedges should be more stable with his putter, a bit more structure and he should have a great Masters this year.
