dowel drills
Winter's coming and I'll have lots of free time, so it's time to do some more dowel drills. My wife was just asking what those sticks in the living room were for.

At what pace do you do dowel drills? Slow motion, half speed or some combination? Thanks.

I start off slowly too, I always do my dowel drills in front of a mirror and have a dowel on the floor to represent my target line.
I do about 50 reps as it were and then go off to do something else.
My mum often wonders why I keep on buying dowels
