Left Wrist Action

I have a question concerning 10-18-B, Double Left wrist action. "This procedure is identical to Standard except that the Left Wrist is in a Double Cocked position (Cocked and Bent). It is restricted to true Centrifugal Force Swings (6-B-3) because its reverse rotation during Release-return to the Flat and Verticle Left Wrist-inhibits Clubhead Throwaway.
How does this inhibit Clubhead Throwaway?
