Hey guys! I have heard numerous times that HK looked at Power Golf by Ben Hogan to really study the pics of Hogan's alignments. He loved the book because the pics were big.
I couldn't understand what the big deal was. I had a paper back copy with the drawings and they really aren't that impressive or big either. So I was sort of like "What the heck was Mr. K thinking?"
Well I went out on e-bay and snaked a 1948 edition that has the actual photos. The photos in this book are AMAZING! If you are a student of TGM and really want to see impact, you have to get this book.
You can truly see "sustaining the line of compression," lag, drive, and three dimensional impact in these photos.
Do your self a favor, GET THIS BOOK. You don't have to read the text. Just look at the pictures and get your incubate on!
Sounds great bucket....the publishers should re-issue the edition that you have....check and see if your 1948 edition is printed by the company who is printing the book today.
