I may be stating the obvious here.... but if you're a newcomer to TGM and/or LBG, and you haven't perused Yoda's archived posts, I strongly suggest you spend some time there.
There are more enlightening posts in that section that can clarify many aspects of each chapter than you can imagine.
It will be time well spent.
