Detour Putter - VJ?

VJ - I'm curious as to your thoughts (if you have any) on Cameron's Detour putter.

I've got the "Arc", but sometimes I feel like when I'm playing I can lose touch with that in-to-in motion. Could be I'm not
practicing enough with it, but it seems like a putter that reinforces that arc motion would be a good thing.

Pretty neutral with the Detour.

I love the concept but undecided about the alignment benefits/costs. Let me do some incubating and I will get back with you.

Bought a detour newport 2 last week.

Whilst I love the putter Ive already had to duck tape the arc alignement mark on it. Find I cant line it up to the target at impact fix by looking at the top line and ignoring the orange arc. Normally seems to end up aligned left. Im definitely in agreement that the stroke should be on plane and therefore an arc but I want a marking on a putter to align to the target not to remind me of the stroke.

Maybe I shouldnt have bought this one but I like the blinker and weight on the back and the newport design but couldnt afford the golds factory one.

Will let you know how it goes now the line is hidden.
