What a trip!!
I just got home from the LBG school in Orlando, and trust me, "golf school" is an injustice. I knew I was in for something special when I arrived at Bay Hill practice range on Thursday morning to meet Yoda and follow Brian Gay during his first round of the Arnold Palmer Invitational.

Picture this if you can, I am approaching the range and I first see Yoda standing behind Brian, hand on hip with a very watchful eye, honing the machine. Cool, right?, It gets better. Just off to Yodas left I now see the daunting figure of Ernie Els, striking balls under the scope of the infamous Leadbetter himself. There, in a perfect picture, stood Master Yoda and his prized pupil, along side Els and Leadbetter, on the Grand stage. My first thought was of a quote from Tiger Woods, "Hello World".

And this was only the begining of a truly special weekend. I arrived at Orlando with my game in the worst shape it had been since I started playing. I was the man with a hundred swings, plagued by all the misguided information that can be found on the internet, thinking I had found the answer almost every other day. I told Lynn, Ted and Jeff that I wanted to leave Sunday with a personalized pattern and a map to improvement in my golf game. And trust me, LBG does not disappoint! It was a pleasure to gain insight and instruction from Lynn, Ted and Jeff, each bringing there own perspective to the stroke. But the beauty of it all was that the Geometry and the Genius of "The Golfing Machine" never waivered. And I have to give props to my main man Bucket, the visuals and tips that he provided allowed me to get a grasp on what I was trying to do.

Again, Thanks for a great experience LBG, a truely first class operation. When we started on Friday I was an aspiring fisherman, but I left on Sunday a "Golfing Machine".
