Huge! The back pain was definitely a hindrance. I was up around 115mph beforehand, and with help from this site and Brian's and Brian, could account for some of the rest. I am getting older though!
I do stand by my endorsement, although I better shut shut up soon, lest y'all think I'm a spokesperson or something

In the latest Golf Digest there is an article about how Ernie Els went about rehabbing his knee. On one of the pages he is standing on two things that appear similar to this product, one under each foot. He says it has really helped with his balance and to strengthen the muscles he needs to maintain a properly balanced swing.

Homerson is correct. The speedchain does not differentiate betweeen contrasting teaching methods because it follows any movement your hands and arms make. Therefore, you are just making those golf specific muscles stronger and faster. It also is the only device I know of that meets the 4 specificty laws of training for speed. A hitter or swinger would benefit.

The speedchain has another benefit. It can be used to strengthen the rotator muscles. Do circles, figure 8's, tennis back hands and finally overhead throws. Rubber bands, light weigths do not compare since you cannot get close to the range of motion the speedchain offers.
