Left elbo pain
Hello Hitters,
The last few rounds I have really been bothered by my left elbo, near where the bicep connects on the inside of the elbo. I am a righty. Is this an indicator I have been doing something wrong in my hit stroke, is it due to using the Yoda grip, left thumb at right side of shaft, or have I just hit down and through too many hard packed bunkers recently?

I'd be interested to see your grip and the extent to which your arm is turned or rolled at address. When does the pain bother you the most?

I can post a picture if you want, but basically I try to keep my left arm level, neither turned nor rolled. If there is a tendancy it probably is to roll a little bit in the backswing. I think Yoda referred to this grip as strong neutral.... It has ached a little bit while I play, but probably due to adrenalin I don't notice it much...however, after the round I go right for ice, Aleve and elevation. I am probably going to be taking the week off of golf see if that helps it recover, and then maybe I will notice if/when it gets reagravated while "hitting."
