The point of this video is that the Body supports the intention of the Hands, not vice-versa. Compare the hand-to-shoulder relationship in the photos below: it is identical. The only difference is the waist bend.
When your Hands know what they're supposed to do, the Body will provide the necessary transport. This is a huge concept, one that will free you forever from the bondage of Pivot-Controlled Hands.

I don't have the time, now, to incorporate all the clever concepts into this classic Queen tune. I'll have more time this weekend, but others are welcome to expresss themselves.
I just want to comment on Lynn's post.
I tried, for about two weeks, to do only what I needed to to maintain constant pressure on PP # 3. My body hurt everywhere.
I had an incredibly wide arc and my triceps ached at angles I did not think possible! Every now and then, I busted the ball really far and straight. When I wrote about this, here, my friends were concerned and gracious as I told them about the pain I was experiencing.
They had experience and that guided their freedom to experiment. I do not have the skills of my friends here, so I gave up the # 3 PP contact.
I went back to setting up with my body positions. This is my own damn fault (Jimmy Buffet). "Some people claim that there's a woman to blame, but I think it's my own damn fault." I chose to slog through my own insights instead of seeing Lynn sooner. So I wasted away again and again in "limited Pivotsville," looking for my lost shaker of LAG...
I also ignored Lynn in another way, by using my clubs instead of curtain rods and dowells, which I just started to use and I am going to stick that "I DO WELL WITH MY DOWELS," saying on my forehead with a stencil and highway paint.
By feeling my hands do LBG coaching, I discovered my FLW was not flat and all sorts of planer irregularities. What I'm trying to say to those reading this is that our wrong experiences based on our high hcp's like my 10.9, should be willing to follow Lynn's lead in his instruction TO THE LETTER BECAUSE THE MAN KNOW HIS STUFF!
I WILL DO MY PP#3 DRILLS WITH CURTAIN RODS AND BECOME BETTER!
